All contest prizes paid in Canadian Dollars.
All 24 prize winners receive a fancy certificate.
All 24 prize winning poems will be published together in a chapbook.
Contributors receive 1 free chapbook for every poem included.

Poems must include at least one of the following Food themes:
breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, illnesses brought on by food including
food poisoning, bulimia, anorexia nervosa, obesity, diabetes, food stains,
poems may be about a specific food item such as bread, meat, chocolate, fruit,
vegetables or only one fruit or vegetable, poultry, dairy, or poems about restaurant(s),
truck stop(s), fast food or fast food place(s) or any poem food-related.
No recipes, please.

All styles welcome.
Poems not to exceed 36 lines and the stanza breaks count as lines.

Rules and Guidelines:
Blind Judging: No author ID to be anywhere
on the same page as the poem, back or front.
One poem per page, #11 Times New Roman font.
There is no limit to the number of submissions.
Enclose a cover page with poem title (or first line if no title),
Author name, address, phone number & e-mail if possible.
Poems may be previously published,
but no previous contest winners, please.

Entry Fee:
1 poem for $5 or 3 poems for $10

Deadline:
Poems to be postmarked on /or before September 30th, 2014

Enclose a #10 s.a.s.e. for the winners list &
also receive $1 off coupon towards the next contest
