Members Only Special Anniversary Poetry Anthology

In celebration of The Ontario Poetry Society's 20th Anniversary, all members of The Ontario Poetry Society
are invited to participate in this special anniversary issue. This collection will feature your best poems about poetry.
Tell us what inspires you to write poems and what you have derived poetically from T.O.P.S.
Poetry submitted may be about
favourite poet(s) whose work you love or who inspired you to write
poems you wrote that were inspired by other poems
your poetic inspirations, when the Muse finds you or when you find the Muse
how TOPS involvement has encouraged / inspired you
what poetry means to you, how it makes you feel, what it does for you
why poetry is important

Poems may be in rhyme and/or in free verse. Poems may be previously published, as long as the author (you) hold the copyright.
Include any publishing credits, previous poetry prizes, etc., at the bottom of the page for the respective poem(s).
Poems are not to exceed 70 lines, including stanza breaks.
Kindly make sure your name is neatly printed on the top left hand corner of each poem.
Each member may submit up to 5 poems for consideration and is guaranteed to have at least one published in the anthology.
There is a reading fee of $1 per poem submitted. The reading fee money will be put towards the cost of production.
Each member who submits poetry for this anthology will receive one complimentary copy of the book. Depending on the size of the book,
the cost of additional copies is yet to be determined.

Deadline for submissions is January 3, 2021. All poems must be received on or before this date.
